Spiral elevators - for cooling/heating

We all know spiral elevators are the go to solution when you need to lift your product/material in a small foot print but not only can they do this but they can also cool or heat your product/material at the same time, helping to streamline your production by reducing the need for further machinery or processes to facilitate this. Sometimes just the retention time on a spiral will be enough to cool the product sufficiently with a travel time around 9 meters P/MIN (adjustable) and up to a travel distance of up to 70 meters the product has a retention time of nearly 8 mins, if more cooling is required other options are:

Heated spiral

Integrated nozzles for air cooling

Water cooled flights

Water spray

external blown air

Heating can be achieved by the same means but using hot air/water.

Another alternative for heating is integrated electric pads which affix to the underside of the flights giving a controllable temperature up to 200 degrees C
