Feeders and Conveyors

Specialising in top-quality Vibratory Feeders and Conveyors designed to enhance material handling in your production processes.

These systems play a crucial role in withdrawing or receiving materials and transporting them for further processing. With their ability to handle high conveying capacities over considerable distances, our vibrating conveyors excel in logistical tasks between the production and packaging stages.

In today's industry, the demand for easy-to-process, granulated, and dust-free products necessitates gentle material handling. We understand the importance of conveying materials under hygienic, easy-to-clean and environmentally-friendly conditions to ensure seamless on-going production operations.

Our Vibratory Feeders and Conveyors offer unique design and engineering functions tailored to meet your operational requirements. Choose from fabrication in mild steel or stainless steel, and enjoy the benefits of optional fully-encased structures that can be inclined or declined. These systems are designed to minimize transmitted vibrations and can be controlled through top or bottom drive systems. With widths up to 1500mm and lengths up to 7500mm, our equipment offers flexibility for various applications. The output can be easily adjusted through an inverter, providing control over the conveying process.

When it comes to materials, we primarily use mild steel however, we offer and recommend stainless steel troughs for applications requiring corrosion resistance or food-grade finishes. Our feeders can be tapered to fit narrow belts or other interfacing equipment, or they can taper out to spread out materials and lower material depths as needed.

Curved trough designs eliminate the need for 90-degree chutes, while hopper-style designs prevent material spillage during loading. The operating angles of feeders and conveyors impact material speeds and behaviour, with horizontal installations providing good feed rate control and inclination angles enabling higher material speeds.

Additionally, we offer lining options for troughs to increase durability or assist with material flow, including hard-wearing steel or ceramic liners for protection against wear and plastic-based liners to mitigate the risks associated with sticky materials.

With over 35 years of experience, our team of engineers are well-equipped to design and build systems perfectly tailored to your operational requirements. Rest assured that all our vibratory equipment meets the highest industry standards and is custom-built to order.
