Screens
Discover our top-quality Vibratory Screens designed to meet your material separation needs.
Our screens are utilised in a wide range of applications, including:
-
Sizing particles on single or multiple-deck systems
-
Removing fine powders during the dedusting process
-
Separating large pieces on scalping screens
-
Washing, wet screening, or de-liquefying on de-watering screens
-
Cleaning castings on foundry shake-outs or breaking down sand lumps into grain size on shaker lump breakers or attrition mills.
Our robust products are designed to operate at high specific feed rates, delivering maximised acceleration with low transmitted vibration. This ensures minimum degradation and low maintenance requirements, ultimately translating into continuous production efficiency.
With over 35 years of experience, our team is highly skilled in designing and building Vibratory Screens that perfectly match our clients' operational requirements and facility dimensions. We take pride in manufacturing vibration equipment that meets the highest industry standards, offering custom-built solutions for a wide variety of applications.
Our Vibratory Screens can be customised to suit your operational needs, with options including:
-
Fabrication in mild steel or stainless steel
-
Fully-encased structures and multi-deck versions
-
Top or bottom drive concepts
-
Various screen sizes, including piano wire pre-tensioned panels for damp material, perforated plates, woven wire mesh, or wedge wire panels.
With widths up to 1500mm (5ft) and lengths up to 7000mm (23ft), our screens offer versatility, including the option for inclined or declined setups to best suit your requirements.
The operation angles of screens play a critical role in performance. A decline reduces effective screening area but enhances processing ability for oversize content. Horizontal screens provide precise sizing but may compromise capacities. Inclined screens, like declined ones, have reduced screening area but are highly efficient.
We use construction materials such as mild steel 304 or stainless steel 316. Mild steel troughs can be painted according to process-specific systems, while stainless steel troughs can be finished as per your requirements.
Screening mediums can greatly influence material behaviour on the deck. The most common options are steel woven wires and perforated plates. Woven wires can also be supplied as ripple or piano string style decks, as well as steel anti-blinding wedge wires can offer benefits in processing certain materials. Polyurethane tensioned mats or panels are popular alternatives when material is sticky or wet. and rubber screens can also be installed for better performance in certain wet materials.
Different liner materials can be also installed on screen troughs to combat wear or build-up issues. Replaceable hard-wearing steels are commonly used for trough protection, while polyurethane or rubber liners minimize deposits of sticky materials.
To ensure an even distribution of material across the screen deck, we recommend utilising different types of feeders or specially designed feed boxes. Screens can also be designed to handle head loads, eliminating the transition between separate units.
