VIBRATORY FEEDERS/CONVEYORS

Vibratory Conveyors and Vibratory Feeder Systems are used to withdraw or receive material and transport it uniformly for further processing. vibrating conveyors are required to handle high conveying capacities - and often over considerable distances - for logistical tasks between the production and packaging stages.
The current trend towards simple-to-process, granulated and if possible dust-free products means that bulk material have to be conveyed gently. Conveying under absolutely hygienic, easy-to-clean and environmentally compatible conditions is crucial to ongoing production operations.
Technical Details:
Unique design and engineering functions can be added to all Vibratory Conveyors and Vibratory Feeder Systems to suit operational requirements, including:
Fabrication in mild steel or stainless steel
Fully-Encased structure which can be inclined or declined.
Designed to have low transmitted vibration and controlled by either top/bottom drive systems.
Widths up to 1500mm (5ft). Lengths up to 7500mm (24.5ft).
Can be controlled through an inverter to vary output.
Equipment Applications and Manufacturing Details.
Build materials for Vibratory Conveyors and Feeder Systems are generally mild steel. Stainless steel troughs are also used in applications where corrosion resistance or food grade finishes are required. Feeders can be tapered down to fit narrow belts or other interfacing equipment. They can also taper out to spread out material and lower material depths if required. Curved troughs can be designed to eliminate the need for chutes that direct material 90 degrees. Alternatively, hopper style designs where the trough body tapers out vertically helps prevents material from spilling out when loaded. Operating angles of Vibratory Feeders affect material speeds and behaviour. Horizontal installations are standard and provide good feed rate control. If material speed needs to be higher, feeders are installed on inclination angles. Lining the troughs of feeders is done to either increase life or assist in material flow. Hard wearing steel or ceramic liners are used to protect trough bodies from material wear. Plastic based liners are generally used to reduce the risk of sticky material.
